The staff in Bel Air was great and very attentive to my Mom (Gemma). She has been back home a while and I didn’t think that would have been possible given her condition at the time. But her care, physical therapy and a good dose of rest made her stronger and she’s back home living independently. I’m pretty sure she actually enjoyed her stay because of the attention she received. Thank you for interceding on our behalf and thanks to the excellent staff and the philosophy of caring you have built at Lorien. The names of individual staff members have since escaped me but my impressions and gratitude extend to everyone from the front desk to the staff on her floor.

My father moved into Lorien BA shortly after my mother passed away. He adjusted well, has developed new friendships, and looks forward to all his interactions with the staff. During this Covid-19 situation, he has told me how say he feels being at Lorien, where everyone is so aware of what precautions need to be taken. Our family is very much comforted, knowing that my father is being taken care of so well. THANK YOU for all that you do for him.

We wanted to write you to let you know of two people working at Lorien who were a great support, help and friend to our mother while she was at Lorien. There were others as well, of course, but non that stood out to us as much as these two.
